Hey tripple MMM.. Welcome to BL, it a big step when someone realizes they will need to get a little help to get out of where they find themselves.. I love to see this point reached at a young age, not to say i love to hear that someone of this age is all wrapped up, but someone who is successful at finding their way out this early has their whole life in front of them.. here as some resources to explore.. where are you at approximately in the world.. it will help others that may have ideas tell if they are relevant.
What country do you live in, MMM? If it's Australia, then I could probably give you some advice. Usually, however, you can look up Government-based addiction centers around your local area with Google. On top of that, you can look at websites, such as bluelight, which focus around these issues.
Well I’m in a similar situation as you I’m in the same age group as you and I’ve tried countless times to quit drugs like oxys, hydros, benzos, and stims and whatever substance I can get my hands on. I’ve been doing drugs since I was 12 and I’ve been cought meny Times sometimes I feel so hopeless I don’t even know why I kept relapsing but I can say if you and me don’t quit we will ruin are lives, I’ve been clean for a while and it take serious dedication and lifestyle changes that are not just mental but also physical, what really helped me where eating good food getting plenty of sleep but what helped the most was having a good mindset and working out physically and seeking help from drug and alcohol counselors and one things that I noticed makes me relapse all the time is getting curious in drugs again like researching a new drug and it’s affects it always starts small but you have to throw away all those things from your life like one thing that made it harder for me was video games so I totally stopped playing them I stopped thinking about getting high and I started thinking about recovery and how to help others I also started reading success story’s about how people got clean which gave me more encouragement to quite and also if you keep the friends that you got high with chances are it will relapse so you have to cut those people out of your life and think about the future and learn off your mistakes what worked before? What didn’t work before? And remember you can’t chane the past but you can change the future.
