Things you do to reduce tolerance.

i have never had a problem with tolerance. unless im smoking totally shit weed, i only need 1 or 2 hits out of a one hitter and i get high as hell and can feel it up to 6 hours later...and i smoke about 2-3 times daily. so yea i dont go through much cronic for how often i smoke, my friends call me a pussy but i yell them that its awesome cause i buy an 1/8 and it lasts me like 2 or 3 weeks. save alot of money man. HOORAY FOR NATURAL LOW TOLERANCE! its weird too cause both my parents have been stoners since before i was born. who knows? lol
 
I smoke pretty much daily. I can honestly say I've never actually craved weed. I've gone weeks without it, and even stopped smoking it for almost a year. It's all on circumstance though. If I have it, i'll smoke it. If I don't, I don't get cravings. Hell, I've had cravings for something like MDMA, but never weed. Also, it doesn't take much to get me high, but if I havn't smoked in a few days, I know i'm gonna be hit hard.
 
There's only 2 things I do really to reduce my tolerance.

One: I stop smoking for 2 or 3 days.

Two: Switch the type of weed i'm getting.


I find no 2 weeds are the same, and switching between different ones works, but not quite as much as not smoking for 2 or 3 days.


So, what are some of the things all of you do to reduce tolerance?

I only smoke weed a few times a year or every so many months. I like to keep it that way. For a time I had a lot on me and started to smoke a few times a week or every day; there is absolutely no benefit doing that and I believe that there is no reason at all to smoke that often unless you have a seriously debilitating illness that marijuana can treat. Besides, you save money and you're more productive and happy in life if you don't abuse marijuana like that.
