Paint - my ex went to bed early one night, I painted the walls and ceiling :D I thought it was inventive, they left!

Steal (Or borrow for a extended period) - everything you can carry from your neighbours property.

Build something outside - pretend its normal, use a chainsaw.

Re-park the car (get arrested)

Randomly (if you live next to people) wake them up with a fucking BANG BANG on the door, tell them you just scared of a masked man trying to get into their window (if they live alone mention Knife / gun)
