so just thinking about this, if you ad optimum growing conditions, climate, privacy, light, soil, ect. would it be possible to grow like a twenty or thirty foot tall massive mother plant? is there a maximun height for certain strains or could you gorw any one strain that high?

Ive seen plant's as big as houses down in Florida where it stays warm all year long. And ive seen pictures of some pretty monstrous plants in Cali too. I would think that if you grew any plant in the perfect conditions for a long enough time period it would get HUGE. My biggest plant was taller than me and wider than I can stretch my arms. That took me about 8 months to grow and I live in the North East. Surely not optimal growing conditions considering how cold it gets here in the winter.

sure, but whats even a better idea is to prevent it from flowering (i imagine this would be somewhat impossible outdoors) so the plant can perennialize

true tropical(equator grown land race)sativa's can reach 20+foot in a single season & does appear to be more like a tree then a weed.
