I don't think this should be a crime. She was 23. The guy she had sex with is 16. It was consensual. And look at her, she's beautiful and looks like a teenager:

If she had been a year younger or the guy was a year older it wouldn't be a crime in my state. Funny how state-to-state laws work. Actually pretty fucked up how it all works
