So I made this thread to honor how much music can reiterate the emotions of humans from happy to sad, terrific to terrible. More specifically, to those opiate addicts out there what song really hits the nail on the head for describing the terrors felt by many wearing the ball and chain to that dope. Wherever you get it, from hydro to heroin.
So here are two songs with links the first one is the one song that I feel like give the listener a vibe that is only found by those who wonder down the dark path of the opiate train. No song describes the ups and downs of opiates not only on us individually, but our society as a whole. I really suggests anyone that understands just how powerful opiate addiction is and just how life stealing and evil it is will be strongly emotionally aroused by these songs. Thanks for reading!
1) Otherside - Macklemore http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWhx-CtPmBU
2) Under the Bridge - Red Hot Chili Peppers
I hope you all enjoy, please post comments and responses. I'd love to hear some opinions of other opiate addicts!
