While looking around on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's website, I happened upon their youth-oriented DEAL.org. It looks like it was written by clueless high-school students. Some gems from the website:

You never really know what is mixed with cocaine. It’s usually “cut” or mixed with other products such as talcum powder, cornstarch, anesthetics (used by Doctors to put people to sleep during surgery) and amphetamines (used by Doctors as a relaxant).

Ritalin (Methylphenidate) is a prescription drug that suppresses or slows down body functions.

An example of a legal methamphetamine is Ritalin and an example of an illegal type of methamphetamine is “speed”.

Methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV) is a drug that contains mephedrone, pyrovalerone, methylone and may also have high levels of caffeine.

This is what we are up against... :(

Amphetamines are a relaxant? Really now.

Special Z, or "Meow tranquilizer", as it is commonly known, is a form of super potent heroin that is as powerful as LSD and addictive as crack cocaine. The NHS estimates that up to 40,000 youths are trying "ZZ Top" every day, and many are dying from it. The drug is reported to be a mixture of ecstasy and heroin, and was banned by doctors in the 1950s after they discovered it "literally turns your brain into swiss cheese". Side effects include cannibalism, public masturbation, frequent sexualized thoughts about store displays and signage, dialated pupils, sweating, addiction, organ damage, and instant death.

Just last week, Taniqua Shayden, 19, of Fort Worth, Texas (not her real name or town) was hospitalized after ingesting "Special Z" in the form of a new, addictive "bath salt" drug. Ryan Gosling, 17, was killed instantly after he snorted 14 grams of "Bone Meal", a legal "plant food" sold at "Mike's Home and Garden Supply House". It is reported that children as young as 6 regularly buy and consume these toxic legal drugs.

Are you doing enough to protect your children from this new drug menace?

We should give up guys...these guys are the real harm reducers...smh.

Its like they all just sat around making shit up with no research beyond throwing random drugs and random effects in. Of course amphetamines are relaxing, must be why I can't sleep if I take them.

man... doctors must be on some really crazy shit if they're using amps to climb down

Here are a few of my personal favourite quotes from that website....

Magic Mushrooms.

"If you or someone you know is using or has an addiction to magic mushrooms, talk to an adult you trust"

"The main side effect associated with magic mushrooms is losing touch with reality, including hallucinations and distorted perceptions. ~~~ anxiety and panic attacks, paranoia, confusion, disorientation, convulsions and psychosis."

But they don't mention if there are any negative effects :)

PCP (Phencyclidine) and LSD (Lysergic acid diethylamide) are both hallucinogen drugs. PCP is 100% made of chemical substances and is only produced in drug laboratories, while LSD derives from fungus (latin word for mushroom).

Side Effects

LSD and PCP produce very similar side effects:

Distortion of body perception (weightlessness)

Wow really, weightlessness !, does that mean i will be able to fly ? :)

It keeps getting better, I did a search for DMT and this is what it came up with....

champignons magiques, drogues, drugs, Ecstasy, hallucinogènes, hallucinogens, LSD, Magic mushrooms

And here are a few random gems of advice and information for you....

Increasing the dose will not increase the desirable effects of the drug.

Marijuana comes from the dry leafs and flower buds of the plant. It looks like tea leaves.

Even though antidepressants are meant to improve one’s wellbeing, they can also produce negative side effects. These side effects usually go away or become tolerable after a certain amount of time. In order to minimize them, doctors will often prescribe a smaller dose at first and gradually increase it.

Isn't that what smack dealers do ?

And they managed to fit 2 different spellings of the word leaves into one sentence.

Ritalin acts as a stimulant, similar to cocaine and amphetamines, and can produce excitement and exhilaration. However, it can also produce undesirable side effects such as nervousness, headaches, drowsiness, nausea, lost of appetite and fast and irregular heartbeats. Depending on the doses ingested, the user can experience confusion, agitation, paranoia, hallucinations, seizures and could even cause a coma

Good job no one is prescribing that terrible drug to children, that would be unforgivable, irresponsible and stupid.

:) :) :)
