The Secret to Slowing Down Time

Ever notice how time seems to fly when you're doing something you love, but crawls during boring tasks? 🎢 I watched this great video that breaks down how to tap into that ‘flow state’ where time feels like it slows down. It’s all about finding activities that make you feel completely absorbed, and the best part is you can create these moments throughout your day!

idk, the way the whole post sounds pre- written and like a promotion, or how thay have one post... idk, maybe it was the weed in my head talking. if you think it was out of line...

No, I don't think it was out of line. I just wanted to clear it up.
And I get what you mean by "sounds prewritten". But as most videos are, it's the thing about subscribing at the end that seems a little too pushy here, maybe?

I mean, there's nothing new for me in the video, but it might inspire someone to think about it.
Yeah, there are hundreds of similar videos, blogs, podcasts, articles, books, lectures, etc. that say a lot of the same things.
For me, the part that was off-putting was the attempt to tie Einstein's Theory of Relativity to psychological tricks of daily time management. That's just corny.

Artificially i can tilt time, flow states do.
Besides being sometimes inconvenient.

Ime the flow don t influence time, just how you perceive it.
Inconvenient to the body and mind, no drink/ food or breaks.
Should inc-operate that, but that would ruin flow or Igikai. AFAIK.
Or are alarm clock brakes required to break the flow ?
Once in a while ?

' What 6 hours have past without a drink or bite style '

Kinda like a drug, but N20 actually can stop time ime.
A short lasting dissociative.

Why do you ask if the OP was paid to promote it?

Because he/ she posted. An also called un-requested advise.

As the only basic question, which could be asked without the vid,
but that not the point i hope, commerce.
"where time feels like it slows down", emphasises on feels.

Love Igikai, but it doesn t stop or slow time.
It feels so and seems efficient, but doesn t stop it.

Don t forget your basic needs.

What's more interesting than our perception of time, is how time literally slows down the faster you are moving.

It's a very, very small amount. The general gist is that time slows down exponentially once you approach the speed of light.

And in a gravitational field time acts differently as well.. it's said that over the billions of years, our earths core is said to be 2.5 years younger than the surface.

It's beyond my complete understanding. If you are interested read Einsteins theory of relativity.

In a book they explain it as two lightning strikes that happen "simultaneously" at points A and B on a coordinate plane, while you are on a moving train at midpoint M moving toward B - you will see point B slightly before point A, due to the velocity of the train. So time is relative to speed.

I'm only about 40 pages in so don't grill me just yet.

Sweet. Thanks for the post.

What I'm interested in at the moment as well, which goes against our understanding of time as well, is quantum entanglement.

Now I don't have the first hand knowledge, but the concept would blow the tits off of our gas guzzling ve-hickles and our spotty ve-hickles of communication.

If you're interested I recommend researching an array of articles and opinions, and create your own opinion / belief.

Because at the end of the day, we see what we want to see.
