Concerning Bromo-dragonfly has the same safety/danger than standard DOX, maybe it can have a little more vasoconstriction but if you respect the dosage you'll be ok. There are multiples causes that killed plenty of people.

2) Bromo-drangonfly was mislabelled as 2C-B-FLY that killed the boss of the RC company in questions along with plenty of customers. The Br-DFLY start its activity at 100 ug and the dose for 2c-b-fly was around 10 mg, that means 100X the dose ! That mistake made disappear 2C-B-FLY from the market during 10 years !
But I think DOx are less safe for people in general because of the potency. Imagine a random guy with no knowledge buying pure DOx from a RC shop : " oh I will snort a small line" and BAM 50x the dosage and dead. That could not happened with something like 2C-B. Have you ever heard of 2C-B deadly overdose ? no. I've met people who think 1g = 100 mg !
