the official "what drugs can i get" from wisdom teeth post

sorry if this has been brought up before, but i searched and did not find a good post for this.
so, getting my wisdom teeth removed soon, im wondering what possible drugs one could get from the procedure and after the procedure. I know a couple of kids getting valium IV and getting knocked straight out or getting some nitrous.which one do you think is best, i kinda wanna go for denistry nitrous. I also know about the painkillers one can get after the procedure and if your doc gives you codeine, its straight up unacceptable. so, thoughts? suggestions?

For the procedure you will get general anesthiesia if any of them are impacted into your jaw. When I got mine removed they gave me N2O then gave me the shot of general anesthetic. I woke up in the recovery room, got my script of vicodens and that was it. If you get weak painkillers, your going to have to try to convince the doctor that there is significant pain and the current painkiller you have isn't working. Don't request something stronger the day of the surgery. That will give you away. Anyway, this has been covered before, try using some different search words. You'll find awhole lot more information.

take the codiene and thank him. wait til the next day, call up his office, or better yet have your mom call, and tell him that the codiene pills are not getting the job done and you need something stronger. if your experience is anything like mine was, this will actually be the truth. if the doctor has a single "cool" bone in his body, he might bump up your script.

Correct - if they are impacted you might get that wonderfull cocktail of Fentanyl, Versed (the benzo) and Ketamine (or something similar) .. it's incredible, I would rather have my wisdom teeth removed then go to a rave club - honestly!
Post-op it again depends on if your teeth are impacted or not - if they are, you could easily get oxycodone or at the least hydrocodone.. if you teeth have already broken through you probably wont get something that good... as was said, if you get something shitty take it with a (bloody) smile then call later and say it's not working...
And we have beat this to death before, search again... I typed "wisdom teeth" and it turned up 30 threads, several answer this question many times over - but hey, it's easier to post then it is to read through other threads, right?
