Its that time of the year! Yes the time where its acceptable to dress as you please and Role Play Freely on the streets for candy!

Halloween!!!

I want to see your Costume ideas, plans, construction and The finished product!

I am not sure yet what I want to be this halloween, the store I work at as alot of crazy square dancing dresses and there is one in pastels I think would make a great candy land Character. This big blue dress and I could make a blue Lolly Pop Wand.

At work I'm called Little Red for Little Red Riding Hood, so I Thought I'd play into it :D
I'm leaning that direction, I just need to try to figure out how to put an outfit together for cheap and find a red hooded cape that doesn't look cheap or cheesy.

PI and Mr PI, you guys win at Halloween!! Hands down! :D


Because Halloween isn't really a "thing" here in Australia, and it's only recently been something anyone has celebrated, last year was the first time in my whole life that I'd ever dressed up!! (I'm 27)
I was a bee :)

This was in the morning, sans wings. They came off the night before, after about an hour of dancing and hitting everyone in the face with them =D

hmm... last time I went out for Halloween, I was an abortionist-- it went about as well as I could have expected (worked perfectly when I ran into a girl that dressed up as pregnant).

I need something to top that this year...
 
My favorite is always a beaten 1960s housewife. It's a REALLY easy costume and totally practical for those of us approaching late fall/winter -- they always have those old shitty housewife dresses at thrift stores + an apron (preferably a cute print like the ones neko has) + those cat glasses you can find in any novelty store + tights + any cardigan + dark eye shadow for your black eye + rolling pin or any other kitchen utensils + slippers = total outfit for ~ $20... I only had to buy the dress and novelty glasses... already had everything else and I imagine most of you guys do too. Plus, I was able to go out to the bars/parties all night without freezing my ass off or killing my feet like a lot of my friends.

Man, this was 8 years ago.

I bought my jesus wig and if I can't find a mustache/beard combo I can draw it on
 
lol n3o... I used to have a pair of fairy wings that I would wear to raves and on halloween and stuff, and I would always hit mass people in the face with them when dancing. I didn't take mine off though cuz I'm a bitch ;) :D

and nekoin - that Rogue costume is sooo awesome! the X-Men are my favorite block-buster super heroes, and Rogue is so awesome and often misunderstood
 
I went as a bunny this year! I was a cat last year. And a bee the year before. As you can see, I love being animals :p
