I was recently prescribed a long list of stuff most of which is very mundane but here it is;

Robaxin
Neproxin
Flexoral
Tramadol

Are these safe to take together? I have read about them individually, however my concern lies in the Tram and Flex combo. Had both separate but never together before.

Also, Tramadol is an OTC if I recall correctly is that right?

You were prescribed that combination? By the same doctor? All at once?
You would be right to be concerned with the Flexeril and Tramadol combo. They both have actions on increasing the effect of norepinephrine and serotonin so I can't imagine the effects of those two together would be very nice. Plus the risk of serotonin syndrome and all.
I can't see Naproxen being a problem, but Flexeril and Neproxin together? Will you even be able to stand?
Just out of interest (and feel free not to answer), what exactly is wrong with you, health wise?

And tramadol is Prescription only in the UK and not sure about the USA but I'm guessing as qwe said it's scheduled.

^ Last I was aware tramadol isn't scheduled in the USA, but is Rx only.

This is true. Flexeril isn't scheduled either IIRC. Drugs which are otc specifically have to be "scheduled" (or unscheduled?) as such. But unscheduled drugs are only available by prescription, but are not illegal to possess without a script. So in the US, you cant get trams without a script, but if you got caught with them, you aren't breaking any laws, I don't think? That's my understanding. Also being unscheduled you don't need a face to face consultation to get scripted them...

Thank you all, that pretty much answers my questions and to answer yours:

Yes all prescribed at the same time, and yes all from the same doctor.

I actually went ahead and took them as recommended, I don't know if it's my history from youth, but while I do get a bit "fuzzy" in the head, and a relaxed feeling, nothing seems out of the ordinary. Heart beat is regular, nothing weird going on. That said, I am 30 and in great physical shape (Job Prereq).

The prescription was given for an unidentifiable radiating back pain originating where the disc between the cervical spine and thoracic spine is. MRI/Xray/CAT reveal nothing, except early stages of degenerative disc disease and 6-8 degrees of scoliosis.

Physical therapy does nothing, pain pushes through what they gave me very readily, and the building of excess supporting muscle to deal with the skeletal issue is impossible due to the pain when lifting. I'v had Vicodin and Percs prescribed for it before, and it next to nothing for relief, but it gets me really high, which is why i asked for something different, in my job I can't afford to be high at work.
