I sat here on this couch
Euphoric within my own little world
Just watching the dance
The lights dancing to the music
Flowing fluidly
Streaking the air like rogue comets
As the beat of the music grew and faster and louder
The the dance of the lights grew wilder
Hopping around like wild flourescent embers
I just sat still
Mesmerized by the lights
I feel my self drifting away
I float into the dark air
My spirit joins the lights as I dance with them
To the neverending beat of life
