The ISIS Megathread

We need to continue the war effort of fighting ISIS look how much American citizens and EU citizens are going over there to wage Jihad. If they ever come back to Europe and America they will surely not leave that life behind and start working and raising a family and be peaceful. We need to kill them over there like the rabid dogs that they are, and ensure they never come back to the Western World. Proactive steps, rather than reactive.

Where were all these peace advocates when NATO was bombing Belgrade? Where were the peace advocates when Dredsen, when Nagasaki, when Hiromoshima were bombed? How do we know innocent people are being killed in bombing, the army of ISIS has no formal uniform? They are foriegn terrorists coming in to usurp the secular regime of Assad. Intent of genocide of Christians they are akin to Nazis and should be dealt with as such.

This mindset is the same with the drug war. You are waging an winnable war imo. Logic and reason must prevail, that being said I do know we need to maintain infrastructure till they decide to move off oil.

Crackheads, drug dealers, gangbangers shooting each other on a mass scale I don't consider that terror. I consider it millions saved daily off the social services they consume, saving from costly incarceration, saving your sister or your mom from being raped raped by these violent thugs, or you yourself being robbed or killed. Sure many innocent people die as well, but by and large it is violent criminal thugs being killed anyways.

This^ Also being shot is probably way better than being bludgeoned or stabbed.
 
Think about it this. I have been through parts of rural America where literally every person has a gun and there is zero crime year after year. That's how most of rural America is.

Only in the more diverse and culturally enriched inner-cities do you have the joys of gangs warring over drug territory, who ate the last piece of KFC, or whatever it is they shoot people over out there.

Statistics prove this to be true as ass backwards as it may seem to people from other countries.
 
Yep. My home-town was mostly racially homogenous when I was there and many people owned guns. Even with jobs being lost, welfare, and drug use high, there are about 0 murders a year. I remember 1 in the past 20 years. That was by a shizophrenic man killing his family (aunt and uncle- I think).

Though, we can consider that back in the 1950s and whatnot the place was booming, and the culture hasn't had time to soak in poverty, like so many of the places (the people) we are comparing these homogenous rural areas to. That might offer some explanation. I don't know.

Still, no outright disrespect and omg racism homophobia and islamophobia intended, but if I am clean, why would I want to take on their disease? I would wear a mask. I would keep them separate, from me.

Well being that there's an article about a white guy which you choose to call the deragatory term of "redneck" killing someone over a chicken I think it's safe to say you associate blacks with chicken in your racist head.

Also this is why white people have a high murder rate! Look at all these "whites" on the Texas Most Wanted list.

I dont associate African Americans with chicken b/c of my own love for chicken so I do not really see it. I guess I have blinders on in that sense.

Syria to the Syrians!

My Muslim brother Assad has taken it upon himself to protect his people from terrorism. Terrorists have poured in from Middle-East, from Europe, from America to wage Jihad in his country and turn his sovereign land into a breeding ground of extremism. Funnily enough the media still calls it a Syrian "civil" war but why would a civil war have thousands of outside combatants pouring in making up the majority of the resistance against the government? Majority of Syrians love Assad and want a secular state not a Sharia law state where woman are stoned for adultery and Christians and Muslim minorities face genocide. Stand with Assad.

What filtered views? Gender inequality is more prevalent and severe in predominantly muslim countries than elsewhere.. I'm not sure what dots I've connected through filtered views here?

How are you measuring this hidden gender inequality? Where is it? What is it? A lower wage, on average, for women? If we're talking about western worlds gender inequality problem, which i know exists, it is nothing compared.. And it works both ways.. Custody of children is more likely to go to?

I'm not sure what you mean? I'm not attempting or meaning to alienate anyone.. I am simply stating that there are serious gender inequality issues in predominantly muslim countries and i hypothesis that the Quran / Islam is a major component of why. The Quran can be and often is interpreted in a way that allows and even dictates that women are lesser than men.
