Happiness is others glee
finding God in poetry
losing self in novelties
curious of everything

Sadness is to walk out there
Told you have to comb your hair
Down the hall I must prepare
for my next grandoise affair

You must be a genius, Sean!
You work all day and never play

I'm not as smart as you, trust me
I have the wisdom of the lonely.

They just scoff and run amok.

Have you experienced another;
counterclockwise stoic brothers
lonely souls looking for others
How to be friends with yourself?

And what if nothing else?

Chatting plainly with the wind
finding jesus in a bend
losing the battle from within
getting closer to your sin

Who are you to me?

a plain dysphoric tone
brittled crudely to the bone
all above a shallow soul
gazing deeper into stone

I find beauty above all!
The lesser living of the slower
My foes raise towers ever lower
lose themselves in bending over, and over.
