I take Modafinil for ADHD-INATTENTIVE and co-administration of Tobacco with it draws the line of "MIRACLE CURE" or "useless crap" for Modafinil to me.

Nicotine gum or patch (and e-cigs) is NOT available in my country (don't ask which hellhole I'm from...)

I need to continue taking this magic stack for the rest of my education (think 10 years).

I don't plan to die from cancer just after my graduation ceremony, so forget about smoking or commercial smokeless tobacco products.

I have access to organic fresh green Nicotiana tabacum plants and leaves.

QUESTIONS:

1. Is there still any carcinogens in the fresh green organically grown leaves???

2. Is making a "metered-dosage" topical cream out of the fresh leaves (and storing the cream in freezer to prevent unintended "aging/curing") and application of it on arm skin still going to give me cancer?

Nicotine itself is the carcinogen, unfortunately, which makes a "healthy form" theoretically impossible. You can smoke it and inahle, which can and will cause lung cancer. You can chew it and absorb it buccally, which can and will cause mouth and throat cancer. You can only assume that exposing your skin to nicotine will provoke the given cancer for that region. I think if you had to choose an option for administration, vapor would be the most healthy. You are going to expose yourself to carcinogenic material regardless, but at least with the vapor, you're not also contending with the byproducts of combustion, like tar.

I'm not sure wher exactly you live, but I find it very hard to believe that you can't obtain Nicotine gum. I'm not calling you a liar, I just feel like you might not be looking hard enough. Also, why not order from the internet. Unless you live in Bhutan, it's not against the law to do so.

The gum is a prescription drug here => not possible to order online without a valid prescription.

Both the gum and the patch is included in our national pharmacopoeia (although Rx-only, and it is an imported medication) but I haven't been able to find them in any pharmacies of my city; I guess it's too unpopular with my city people, hence the reason no pharmacies bring it for sale.

I still have the question tingling my mind:
Is the organic fresh green Tobacco leaves "almost" equivalent to the gum in terms of carcinogenicity?

Like kief said, combustion products are what you want to avoid. Nicotine can be somewhat mutagenic, but it's so incredibly potent that it's in pretty insignificant concentrations to really be concerned about its carcinogenicity. Grilled food would be more carcinogenic than therapeutic doses of nicotine.

I think transdermal is your best bet. You may also be able to make your own chewing tobacco, but I have no idea how you would do that. You may also benefit from just taking an mao-inhibiter instead . I believe that's the main thing that differentiates nicotine products from actual tobacco.

I would also highly recommend looking into wellbutrin. It may be a good alternative to this combination, but not without its own side effects. I think it's occasionally prescribed off-label for add.

Snus is probably the safest form followed by chewing tobacco. If smokers switched to these forms many lives would be saved. The gum may or may not be safer. There are no studies to my knowledge that follow outcomes of long term nicotine gum chewers. The manufacturers say not to use more than a few months so Id be wary of using this over chweing tobacco.

My main question is about the famous "dreaded carcinogens" reported in commercial chewing/dipping tobacco causing tooth decay and mouth cancer.

Are these evil compounds (lol) the product of curing/aging/processing Tobacco, or are they well present in the fresh green leaves too??

If excluding the carcinogenicity of nicotine:
Is chewing/spitting RAW fresh GREEN organic Nicotiana tabacum leaves carcinogenic?

There's also another point here:

Tobacco isn't just nicotine as you too mentioned.

I haven't experienced the gum, but from what I read the gum doesn't give you that lovely relaxing buzz.

Personally, Modafinil+Tobacco converts me into that old Tibetan mystic grandmaster within me who is calm and content yet fully awake and sharp in focus, and doesn't worry about anything since everything is under his control and solid handling.
I become the Chess Grandmaster who already knows the plan for every step to be taken. (for 10-12hrs straight)

Ritalin on the other hand....
Turns me into that hyperfocused anxious young inexperienced monk who can't help constantly worrying about failure and getting mental/emotional fatigue as a result. (and it just lasts 2hrs and tries hard to lure me into compulsive redosing)

I'm extremely happy over switching Ritaling with Moda+Toba.

you could use a vaporizer pen with nicotine fluid. It doesn't give you a full spectrum of alkaloids like tobacco leaf does but it will give you nicotine if that's all you're after.
