i'm sure you are all aware of the rape bullshit going on, the 1 in 5 statistic (it's actually 5 in 1000,) various legislation criminalizing male sexuality, etc.

i'm going to link a few articles on this, would love to hear bluelights opinion.

it's a bad time to be male in America. i'm getting afraid of fucking at this point.

men of bluelight, do whatever the fuck you can to document consent, whether it's a recording, signed contract, witnesses, whatever (all of which are terrible options.)

I do not buy into this thread's stance that men are suddenly some super-victims, but i can also see through the system where men of lower socio-economic status are discouraged from being sexually aggressive, and where the legal system profits.

How do you explain the 1-in-5 lie? Why say 20% or women are getting raped (it's .03%) without an agenda?
everything we see in the media is an agenda

the media is valuable. People don't use it for 'fun' or for 'informing the public' or something. The articles you quoted repeatedly are also heavily slanted toward an agenda.

the whole male-victim complex is an agenda in itself, almost as bad as the whole 'reverse-racism' thing.

jebus, what a thread.

now for the rocket science:
-pick your partners well, don't just fuck anyone who offers
-treat your partners well, be a fucking decent person

then you are unlikely to be accused of anything.

here enduth the lessonnnntthhhh

Following this advice should protect you 99.9999% of the time. Well said!

Against my better judgment I have decided to jump into this thread. I can see no positive benefit to this for me at all, but this shit has reached insane levels IMHO.

So I guess I will throw out a question and retreat to my underground bunker.

Question. In areas its illegal to have sex with a women who has consumed any alcohol. They are claimed to no longer be in control of their faculties to give consent. So why, if a women has consumed alcohol, are they not responsible for their decisions, but a man who has also consumed alcohol is responsible for their actions? I pose this as only relevant to cases where a woman consents to having sex while drunk, but then decides under a sober mind that they have been raped.

This seems to be another instance of the "victim" society we promote and another example of people accepting no responsibility for their actions.

I grew up in a very different culture. When I grew up people got fucked up and fucked each other. Now this seems to be a no no.

Now im not saying that rape is acceptable, I'm not saying that giving someone drugs they are unaware of to try and bed them is acceptable in any way.

What I am saying is that if a woman goes out and gets shitted and has consensual sex, its not rape.

How about this for a solution, since we are swinging in the direction of no sex while people are fucked up then I think we should make a law where its a felony for any women to be intoxicated with out wearing a chastity belt that can only be removed after a clean drug and alcohol screen.

Retreating to underground bunker now.

justice system is still very much 'power oriented'

A celeb or wealthy person can rape a woman, gets not only the full protection of the law as written(very hard to prove rape when the defendant is empowered) - but also gets to use the media in his favor, use the justice system in his favor, and usually the worst case scenario involves him having to pay the woman out-of-court.

A working class male can be more vulnerable to rape charges and isn't given the same same protections under the law as written. He can be shuffled through the system. Awkward conflicts of interest can occur where the defendant would be profitable for a for-profit prison were he found guilty. He can have arbitrary things such as drugs in his system, or previous unrelated criminal charges used to further classify him. Occasionally, the media will also be used against him as well.

pretty much like all criminal court cases
