The FUTURE of Illegal Drugs

have you ever wondered what the next generation of illegal drugs will be like? will it be some shit that replicates chemicals of the dreams we have in a pill form? will it be a heroin on steroids? or a meth buzz with a H kick back? or something entirely different that weve never experienced! WHAT THE FUCK?!?! these days anything is possible. have you heard of the next big bang?

you are correct to a degree. Just look at Marijuana potency today compared to that in the 70s. ANYTHING is possible, but heroin getting any stronger doesn't really seem to be realistic. Coming from the suburbs of Chicago (Lake County , you can read about the 20 deaths), we were getting upwards of 80% purity. But who knows, meth seems to be as strong as it gets out in the desert.. some good stuff in Southern Illinois. On the other end of the spectrum... Take a look at Ecstasy pills. Being from Chicago I am blessed with these mints recently, but even when I started rolling in '06, my friends would rave about how much better they were in 2000-2001. To add to that, I was rolling with a friend (46 years of age), who used to get straight molly and great pressies. He said although the mints are the best in America right now, they do not compare to what was going around 20-25 years ago. PLUR everybody, have a great day.

These drugs that you see around today were being invented when we learned more and more about how the human brain works.

Someone would invent something to simulate a chemical on the brain, or to trick a receptor in your bain to taking in more then it should be.

We've pretty much figured out what chemicals affect which areas of the brain by now. Things like senses (smell, taste, vision, etc.), mood (happy, numb, 'mellow', etc.) to hunger, and everything else.

I would be very surprised if there were any 'completely new' drugs coming out any time in the next hundred or so years.

Now, if you're talking specifically about stronger already-existing drugs then I could imagine so but only with specific drugs. Marijuana, meth and various research chemicals to name a few.

Marijuana strains are always becoming stronger, grow-op's are becoming common and there is more experimenting on the more chemist side of things. There are more artificial strains and seeds created today then ever before.

Meth labs are always becoming more technical, cooks are smarter and recipes are becoming more and more complicated.

(imo/ime) tolerance plays a big part in thinking pills always used to be better in days gone by.

although i wont deny that drugs (ecstacy) were probably better quality for early ravers here in the uk who used to pay big money for ecstacy pills back in the late 80's/early 90's
