whenever i try to send a PM i am sent to a page that says "The file(s) uploaded were too large to process."
i've tried using different browsers and logging in and out

this has happened to me before and cleared itself up but I'm wanting to send a PM
 
Can I get a bit more information from you? How many PMs do you have stored (sent and received combined) and how many recipients are you trying to send the PM to?

Also, you're not trying to actually attach anything correct? (I don't think the option is even there...)

I've sent you a test PM, see if you're able to reply to that, we can take it from there.
 
Very strange. I just tried sending a longer reply (less than 200 words/1000 characters) and got taken to the "The file(s) uploaded were too large to process" page

If I were to edit my PM in and out of this post would you be able to send it to a mod on my behalf?

hey there. this is definitely a vbulletin issue. i'm afraid i just don't have the time to troubleshoot an issue like this. i'd advise you to search the web for the error text and try to get some help from peer-supported vbulletin resources.

Just had to barrage someones inbox with a series of PM's broken up into a few sentences long :|
