L2R- The rise of Islam in Northern Europe... In Sweden... In the U.K... A stabilizing force?

Am I just too short-sighted to say it is not? I mean I'm pretty sure Norway was a pretty stable place before. The U.K. seemed pretty stable when I was there back in 97 or so... I mean they had the IRA, and I saw a building they bombed. I don't know.

Yes migrations have happened, but not on this level (I mean they have but i cant think of them being good, and to America, they all had some form of the same God, and although fighting occurred, they shared a lot more as groups, genetically and culturally, than Arabs/Pakistanis/Subsaharan Africans do with North Euros-- Plus America was new, budding, expanding, which is not the same for Europe really). And I'll be frank that I don't like how its all in countries where I claim ancestry. I'll also say I don't know if the new breed will be able to carry the weight. But that's venturing into supremacist territory and I don't want things to get confused.

As we saw with the Europeans coming to North America it began with a few boats, relatively benign but more and more people came and they pushed westward and began taking resources from the native people. Dictionary definitions are all well and good when we are not discussing the political implications of such terms. All though we do seem to be conversing at a 3rd grade level, don't we, lads?

Migration in its current context is a hugely different idea to colonial movements of people into stolen lands (usually involving, but not exclusively; cultural/religious indoctrination, genocide, slavery, desecration of sacred sites etc)
This has nothing to do with the sort of "migration" to which you refer, centuries later.

Conflating the two is disingenuous, deliberate misinformation and the sort of thing that sucks "glue sniffing shit bags" into your fascist/quasi fascist Internet persona.
Again, stick to the topic, for fuck's sake.

Were else do you propose I gauge the meaning of words from? Is there some liberal guide to parsing words into infinite minutia to win an intellectual argument?

Sorry for mentioning instances which occurred centuries ago. I thought in the thread about the black boy executed 70 years ago that it's appropriate to discuss injustices for an indefinite period of time.

From the way you or Paranoid Android would describe National Front you would think they would be the one's trashing Jewish shops and synagogues, not campaigning to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

Fascism isn't always racist per se (nor did i say it was) but the National Front in France are Ultranationalist and are essentially blaming immigrants for all of society's ill's which is typical scapegoating. Combine that with right wing populism and you have something sounding very fascist. We have seen the rise of Fascist groups in the west during times of economic crises especially in the 80's in the UK where the National Front not only hated all those, blacks, gays and Irish but anyone threatening their beloved Britannica. These groups always create some mythology to support there Ultranationalism and scapegoating of whatever people.

It makes sense for a grand jury to only present the prosecutor's case. A grand jury in this scenario then acts to decide if there's enough evidence to indict. If so, then the case can be made public, and we'll air all the crap in the criminal jury trial.

More importantly though is how this prosecutor has consistently handled grand jury cases. Has he shown such willingness to present evidence that doesn't support indictment in other cases? Does he normally not ask for specific charges to be brought?

Here's the facts: you've gone from claiming the Gentle Giant had his hands up and was shot in the back to having witnesses disprove that, multiple witnesses, then just revert back to saying they shouldn't have testified in the first place.
