@Phatass, i've not been part of the scene for a long time mate but as far as I can see it remains firmly 'overground'. Very little in the way of decent illegal work anymore, a few chrome tracksides throw ups etc. . Most of the legal walls do get bombed, it's pot luck, some last weeks others overnight. The better walls are private property where only a few writers have permission to paint. There are a few quiter spots if you know where to look.
