I put this down to smoking technique and the quality of DMT

Agreed , it's easier to judge perfect (well the best one can manage) vaporization oneself by taste etcetera than deliver it to another . The problem being if you take a person unused to vaping they ruin the fucker mostly ! Conundrum !

it depends if you count socialising with the machine elves as doing it with others. Might be an idea to have a sitter, but once your in there/ out there your'e not going to be chatting to them.

DMT is a compound I have experienced only a few times, and as of yet I haven't managed to reach the 'breakthrough' state. Even without breaking through the experience was overwhelming in it's intensity, but it lacked the detachment from the conscious world that I really wish to experience. It is a drug that is I will definitely be experimenting with again when the situation is right for me to do another extraction.

i think many people were a bit disappointed by the book
some ideas are interesting, but as a whole, you don't learn that much from it
