Bluelighter
I stand alone in the darkness.
Afraid of what will come.
I feel alone now.
So tright and cold.
The shadows overtake all,
All that I know and love.
As my future unfolds,
I tremble in fear.
When will I be hurt again?
When will I feel pain pierce into my heart?
Why me?
The darkness marches on.
Into my life and yours.
WE cannot see through it.
We cannot predict what will come.
We can only pray that life treats us fair,
and it almost never does.
But dont quit.
Dont give up.
Be happy that you still have this gift.
Of life and love.
Live every day as your last.
And the darkness will fade.
When the sun rises on your day.

What a gift life really is.

This is something I wrote when I was at a quite low point in my life just a few weeks ago..I hope that if anyone out there is feeling afraid of the future, or feeling depressed you will read this and feel a tiny bit of assurance, becuase life seems so bad and so vast and dark, but really, if you take it day by day.......you can do it. All of you. Never give up on life, its too valueble of a gift. You can do anything you put your mind to. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!
