the darker the tar the better?

Colour is never a good indication of purity as there are so many different adulterants can be used to cut it.
 
yeah, i'd have to agree, however, i noticed the few times i had some almost the color of peanut butter was the times i damn near od'd

almost forgot now that you mention DARK tar..when i had tar that was so black i couldn't see through the syringe i noticed it had a SHIT load of stuff floating in the syringe so i filtered it a 2nd time.

ew. how does that shit get through the cotton?

hey the stuff i have now has peanut butter colored water! its supposed to be the best dope in town
 
Isn't PURE Heroin supposed to be white/see thru in the syringe? I remember seeing that on "Drugs Inc". I could be completely wrong.
 
yeah, tar is never clear in the syringe, yeah i always felt better about shootin the liquid when it was a copper color kinda the color of whiskey. but yeah when the times I had the really dirty shit the cotton was almost slimey on the bottom of the cotton. but every time I used the cotton to fight off w.d.'s at night it sure took em away so i'm assuming there was a decent amount of heroin left in the cotton, prob cause i'm up to 15 balloons/1.5g's to get high. If i would have just done one balloon probably wouldn't have had all that shit in the cotton.

If we're talking extremely pure, most hcl salts will be white with a few exceptions.

the tar i have now looks like whiskey in the syringe. pretty damn good stuff. it dissolves relatively quickly too
