The vaccine adverse reaction rate is under reported. By many estimates, only 1% of ADRs are being reported. Still, the Yellow Card data in the UK and the VAERS data are very revealing. Critics say that self-reporting isn't reliable, but then if that's true then we have no pharmacoviligance whatsoever and these systems were always defunct. The truth is, the data is extremely useful by many metrics.
The U.S. shows a higher ADR rate possibly because there is more freedom of information compare to other countries. However, some hypothesize it could be due to the higher rate of comordbities in the USA. A counter to that is that the death rate in the U.S. due to covid19 itself is still the same as elsewhere: 0.1%... and so, the ADR declaration rate must also be realistic.
