^Its just good thinking, B vitamins are involved in a lot of synthesis in the body for rather important functioning....Their actually highly bioavailable, but water soluble, hence the rather colourful urine after taking B vitamins.
As opposed to vitamin A which is lipid soluble.
In fact, I would suggest everyone take a mega B, magnesium supp. and fish oil everyday- they have done wonders for my memory. Anyway- back to ntrous (went on a babble there oops)
