Ingested 3.5 grams of mushroom tea. The strain of cubensis were Tai Koh Samui Super. This was the first time I had a solo mushroom trip.

0:00 - Dosed mushroom tea
0:20 - No visuals yet, but a very heavy body high
0:30 - The light on the fan is dimmed and the fan is portraying a deep shade of shadow rotating on the ceiling, the shadow starts to turn a faint kaleidoscope pattern.
0:45 - Laying down in the big beanie bag chair I placed my head on the beanie bag and looked towards the tv. The beanie bag chair started bending in my field of vision and it extended all the way to the tv. Any sound I hurt was a wave of euphoria as my body could "pulse" to sound.
1:00 - Not too much intellectual thinking yet, my field of vision has small swirls wherever i look.
1:20 - Music was playing at the end of a movie, I didn't listen to any music while tripping, but the ending credits were really relaxed and placed me in a state of trance.
1:45 - Decide to close my eyes and toy with the CEVs. Usually I get distinct patterns that take shape of something I can imagine in my head, but this time when i closed my eyes, it was like I could still see all the distinct features and walls in my room, but it was like a flowing lava lamp of faint red and blue and black. Just a flow of dim colors. At certain times it became almost apparent that I could completely tell I was getting CEVs of my room as it seemed pretty real.
2:30 - Decided to try and get some sleep, i dosed at 12:00 AM and its already 2:30. Usually on my trips I like to move around and get a new setting, my body just got tired of the one room and when I finally moved to my bedroom, it was a whole new scenario.
2:40 - I'm laying in my bed with no music no tv. I can hear the Air conditioning unit on the side of the house. I look towards my blinds and start messing with the shadows with my hand. It was like I was playing with hand puppets even though my hand wasn't blocking any light path. I realized as I was moving my hand like an orchestra instructor, everytime I moved my hand I could play music in my mind. This music was sooo crystal clear it actually seemed like surround sound music. After "creating" my own music with my hand I decided to just stare at the ceiling. The air conditioning unit sound started transforming into something unbelievable. It was like a futuristic space noise. Just think of the noises of the flying cars in Star Wars, it was like that but had a lot more depth and went slower.
3:00 - This futuristic noise of just complete "alienish" sound got me thinking a lot about life and death. What happens to the body when it dies. Do religious people feel that if they believe enough about the after life, that maybe it will come true, maybe they will have an afterlife that they always dreamed and prayed about. Or do they think of an afterlife to escape the realities of death. Taking their mind away from the possibility that there may not be an afterlife and just a body that has completely shut down and that your time is over.
3:30 - I'm getting sleepy, I'm still thinking about our place on earth and how we should handle and take on death. I'm trying to fall asleep but I'm very restless. I can't stop tossing and turning, my legs are really really restless. But the sheets feel really good when I move around so I didn't mind.
3:45 - I had a good night, I'm going to bed.

First time tripping alone I defintetely missed out on a good portion of the trip at first. I was in my room and watching tv for the first two hours and I was just getting visuals. Not until I moved into my bedroom to sleep, did the fun begin with the trip. I had a blast with the audio hallucinations and the body high was extremely powerfull. I've never had that big of a body load on an 1/8 of shrooms. I really enjoyed drinking the tea and it didn't taste bad at all. Tea is my new preffered method and I can't get enough of these fabulous edibles known as mushrooms
