It's best as purified. You get rid of the side incredients, but it still tastes like poison. You loose some milligrams in it but it has more kick imho. Don't know about Guaifenesin but even sorbitol is pain in the gut.

i completely agree.. i used to be a dxm junkie..
now i find it hard to even talk or read about the stuff. and i find it amazing how ppl find joy out of frying themselvs with this shit. This is not a fun drug and i found out the bad way.
 
dxm 100 mg

if i take 100 mg will a feel i slight buzz atleast ot nothing at all i have no dxm tolerance and i weigh 170 i know you have to take like 400 onward to get the real high but will 100 give me a small buzz at least
 
100mg is a good start because you should feel basically nothing. This is good because I think it's 1 in 26 people have an enzyme deficiency, and if you take a higher (i.e. 400mg) dose it will fuck you up for days, in a bad way. If you do feel strong effects from 100mg it means you have this deficiency but it shouldnt ruin the next few days for you.

So basically you're hoping 100mg will do nothing or close to it, then you can shoot higher next time, 300-400mg for a nice gentle experience, and work your way up from there. If it turns out you do have the enzyme deficiency it means DXM is not for you and you should move on to the next drug
 
on the bright side if i do have enzyme deficiency and i feel strong effects on 100 mg i caould still do dxm but stick with the 100 mg right ?? or does dxm fuck up my body if i have enzyme deficiency
 
If you do have the deficiency yes you will get messed up with 100mg (as far as I know) but I don't think it will be enjoyable in any way, at least from what i've heard. The answer is to take it and see, and report back on how you went :D
 
I recomend a bottle of Delsym. I trip about once every two weeks or so on DXM. I like it while other of my friends throw up or say they dont like it. My first trip on dxm was last summer it was Robittussin DM max? I downed the whole bottle and ended up walking to my school in the middle of summer time and passed out luckily a friend came by and picked me up right before the police got there. Later i ended up in the hospital. I didnt need to go but my mom forced me to go.

Ive tripped many times since then and all have been fun. I recomend that you dont do it by your self with a bunch of other people though because your feel stupid afterwards. Just a little advice on my experiences with dxm!
 
...im wondering if beeno would work while taking dex....but since my bodys converting the dxm to dxo would that fuck anything up...i mean are those gasses being emitted 4 a reason (u know like when u gas dope)...Promethazine has always worked great 4 nausea and vomiting and is easy to find...benedryl works 4 robo itch...but mainly i feel u need 2 b in a COOL/COLD place while tripping...keep the lights 2 a minimum...make sure your in a relaxed setting...oh and i just tried deslym....not bad at all...why didnt i know about this a L-O-N-G time ago???...who ever said it was a smoother trip or more chill tipp hit it on tha dot...nice with grapefruit juice....
 
Yes. On a functional does of DXM, of course. And you may want someone to prepare it for you.

But it is absolutely awesome and mind-blowing.
 
I was thinking a bottle of Zicam. So like 400 mg. That sound about good? Also, I'm planning on dosing for a concert. It's 4 hours and I'm planning on coming down when were leaving. How's the nitrous for the comedown? Does it bring back the high? I just ask cause when I did a whippet when I was coming down from my roll it brought it back at full intensity.
 
howdy all,

i have unlimted supplies of pure DXM in tablet form( it's piss cheap too) and i would love to try it after reading all the posts about it...unfortunately i am also a bit afraid coz from what i read it not something u want to do while u want to be in full control of yourself ie at work or at a club. also the dosage seems to vary, but overall i read that the average seems to be 1.5mg/kg seems to be ideal for someone like me who have never tried it. also if i were to take it and then just lie down in bed( i'm married) would i start being all weird??? coz my mrs will know if i'm like moving or screaming or making funny noises for no apparent reason hahaha she'll freck out and call the ambulance hahahaa..

now my questions is.

1 for a first time DXM user, my body weight is 95kg, is 150mg a good starting dose??

2 straight after dosing, if i lie down in bed at night for a close eye trip, will i be making funny movements/sounds or anything out of the extraordinary???

3 will it work without music and strobing light???

So, just a quick survey as a last check on my calculations. :

would any of you ever take 28 tsp ( teaspoons ) or 28 5 ml servings of 15 mg dxm per 5 ml ( mililitres ) syrup with 100 mg guafesenin per every 15 mg dxm ?

I got sick a while back, because it was less cough and more mucus involved I got Mucinex DM.

It has 60mg DXM and 1200mg Guaifenesin

All I can tell you is, I popped 2 every three or four hours throughout the day. The Guaifenesin is like a Muscle Relaxant at those dosages. Contrary to what many people said, I had absolutely no nausea problems at all and if anything the Guaifenesin gave me a nice body high.

Although if you're planning to trip off of it, I wouldn't bother. It changes up the DXM experience entirely. By the end of the night I ended consuming 400-600mg (one day was like almost 800mg) of DXM and who knows how much Guaifenesin. Although these dosages were spread throughout the day, the trip kept coming in and out in these flashes. They weren't in waves, like usual; instead they were these sudden flashes that I would snap in/out of very suddenly.

Not sure if that had to do with the spacing or the Guaifenesin. Either way if you're planning to use it to trip off of, I wouldn't. Just get some DXM only gelcaps. Much cleaner feeling, the DXM high felt "dirty"

Unless you plan on taking 200mg or less, at that dosage though DXM is more like a stimulant. :\

yeah, I just took 8 teaspoons of the stuff, nasty pink devil syrup. oog. feel car-air sickness nauseaus,

pleeeeeeease, since you're heere, when does it usually take to hit, my mom used it when i was sick yrs. ago on me, I know I dont got the enzyme definicies.

^Re-dosing means, you will stay up longer but unless you double the re-dose you normally plan to take (because most people re-dose half of what they think) then it wont really do anything except prolong the current effect or state you're in.

8 Teaspoons just makes me feel a bit goofy and lazy. A worth-while experience is 300mg IMO. Anything less is like a stimulant. You will be wishing you took more at once, and before you know it, the bottle will be empty.

Whatever the amount you're at now (DXM in mg) finish it up to reach 300mg

Also if you have an Anti-Acid or something, like Pepto Bismol, take 3-4 shots now while you have the chance.
