I should have expressed myself better, sorry. I meant that I know that LSD has about the same bioavailability oral and sublingual, I've got quite some experience with acid, I was just wondering if the same is true for DOC. But I gather from you reply that it is. Indeed I will only use the oral ROA as an extra safety precaution, on top of reagent. I was just wondering if I risked losing a bit of potency by using oral ROA instead of sublingual with DOCGreat advice here with testing a half blotter then using the other half as a potency gauger. Redosing is not a very good idea with DOx's.
LSD and DOC are not similar in potency. DOC is active in the low mg range and LSD in the ug range. Very very very big difference. LSD takes about 15-40min to kick in orally depending on if you've got food in your stomach and your personal metabolism speed, and DOC takes anywhere from 1-2 hours orally, usually closer to 1.5hr for me.
I agree that swallowing is the better idea here, but just for you to know for future HR purposes, it's possible to complex the nbome's to make them orally bioavailable, so using oral administration as a sole qualifier for weather or not it's NBOMe is not a good idea. Reagent testing is always the best way to go. (I don't want this to sound like I thought you wouldn't be testing in the future, just adding this so you know that NBOMe can be orally bioavailable if complexed).
I've indeed heard that before that sometimes 25i and the likes can be active orally while in other cases they are not active, very weird. Thanks for the reply, very informative! Going to order the reagents soon and I'll proceed from what they tell me
