Nice ill have to try that. How did the freebase DMT taste?

DMT is the only psychedelic I can do for the time being. Its very stable and clear, mentally. The euphoria after Yage is unbelievable, better than MDMA TBH.

No taste at all. Just 200mg in a gelcap. It always feels safe. There's a lot to be said for that. And, I don't have to worry about feeling spaced out the next day. (well not too much anyway

i think we have found that psyches do not do create the illnesses - they only bring them to the surface and often people are properly diagnosed because of that experience..

you make that seem positive, its not. if you get correctly diagnosed with schizophrenia, well you still have schizophrenia.

whereas if you had not taken the psych to bring the schizo to the surface, you could have lived a normal life, or at least more normal years

Definitely. Its the one drug I will do without hesitations.
The next day I normally feel wonderful, better than normal IMO. This feeling can last weeks sometimes. Alot of it has to do with the fasting, than the purging after ingestion, me thinks. Very cleansing.

wouldnt that affect anybody? not just a younger person?
i didnt mean that it can be a gateway, i meant are there actually health problems or mental/brain damage it can cause because your younger and your brain isnt fully developed

I took my first does of LSD shortly after I turned 15. I would not be the person I am today if I had not dosed, and I wouldn't change who I am for anything. I would not be as intelligent, intuitive, compassionate, adventurous, or creative. LSD in my young years is the stepping stone in which I've grown immensely.

I am HIGHLY predisposed to schizophrenia, and found this out after heavy psych use. So I consider myself lucky, for not triggering it, and coming out the other end a better, more well rounded person.

im 18 and have been using entheogens for years. IMO a lot of drugs make it easy to forget about reality (whether thats your motive or not is also important though) but psychedelics are the only ones that have ever made me face it. they are my favorite class of drugs and the only ones i miss taking when i cant find any. ill do just about anything (except weed meth alcohol and tobacco) but psychedelics are the only drugs that really hit psychologically fertile ground. theyve helped me trememdously. i also feel that weed (for me) is more likely to potentiate unkniwn mental illness. Ismoked for like two years dailoy and became very paranoid and anxious. psychedelics bring about peace. that said im a very strong minded person and have never had a bad trip in the over 200 trips ive embarked upon. Even stressful trips (Iving 10 hits of acid at midnight after having been up for three days with finals the next day followed by work, and a date.) have turned out wonderfully. best drugs in the world if you ask me. I also never trip balls. I always know im tripping and never "freak out". i hear people talk about people who thought they could fly and shit but youd already have to be crazy it seems to possibly get that out of control. entheogens 4 lyfe g.

no...Busted that cherry back in '83...I just had a post in a big and dandy thread[woo-hoo]doesn't take much to keep me happy these days.....

I'm 18 now. I tried mushrooms for the first time I was 16.

To most naturally "conscious" and mentally healthy people, I offer this advice: try a psychedelic. Just once. In my experience, it seems like ONE experience is really all most people need. Sure, most people may be more experienced with these chemicals here, but I feel like it only takes one experience to catalyze an incomprehensibly positive, permanent impact on your life.

Psychedelics seriously changed my life in unbelievable ways. I used to be such a negative, "closed" person. Tripping showed me that there is unlimited potential in the world, and that you have the choice to harness the power of the universe and explore anything you desire, if you have the ambition.

Most people in society place themselves in a certain fixed position, with an artificially low ceiling on their life's possibilities. LSD and mushrooms blows a hole in this ceiling. It makes certain things "click".

As far as using psychedelics at a young age, I would say experiment with caution. I started slow - maybe tripping once or twice within the first year I tried mushrooms at 16. Then, I got seduced by their magical properties, and ended up tripping once every couple of weeks. I'm about 35 trips deep, but I've cut back drastically.

The true benefits from psychedelics are in the integration process. "Coming out" of the trip (not coming down... but coming OUT weeks/months after the fact) is the point when you take what you learned and either apply it or don't. Applying the concepts you learn is usually difficult at first, but you have to realize that psychedelic experiences are "real", even though they may have started from putting a chemical in your body.

After laying off psychedelics, I've been basking in the glory of the world. My last real trip was about 5 months ago. I was shown beauty, and while I was confused for a while when I was loading my body with molecules, I'm now taking the time to integrate what I've learned and applying it to my daily activity.

My life pleasures have increased infinity. My personal power has increased significantly. Everything is headed in a positive direction. I don't attribute psychedelics 100% to this, but it gave me the initial glimpse that almost ANYTHING is possible, within physical laws, and even then it's questionable. ;)

Trip face. Write about it. Cherish it, and respect the experience/chemicals. Learn as much as you can before you do it, but realize that you know nothing until you've done it, and even then, you know very little. After all, we don't know what we don't know. Then integrate it. That's the key.

what you learn from psychs you already knew. you just didnt know you knew. or some stupid shit like that.

Basically. LSD is like magnifying everything in life. It's like watching a puzzle being put together backwards, but not like watching a puzzle being taken apart... ;)

no no - that is not how it works - if you didn't do LSD you would go on not knowing about your illness and not get medicated.. drugs bring out what was latently already there - but, only for the duration of the drug - it cannot ever bring on schizophrenia because it is hereditary..

i have schizophrenia and i have talked with my doctors about the issue many times.. the condition comes on in early adulthood and in many cases it goes unnoticed until something brings on a strong episode to alert anyone that anything is wrong...

teenage tripping is best thing ever. I want to be 15 years old aggain,in this age, psychedelic trips have effects that I cannot replicate even with 20x bigger doses 3 years later.

"Big and Dandy" threads are the collective consciousnesses of frequently-raised topics.

We are the Borg. You will be assimilated. Your post's distinctiveness has been added to our own. Resistance is futile.

I dislike my thread getting merged :(
But i guess now i've got a ton more to read on the topic.
So thank you (ish) ;)

Instead of providing each single link to all the threads I merged in (ie. too much work) in the interest of providing you folks with a whole ton of reading material in the backpages and keeping all the info in one place so if someone wanted to read up on the topic it would be all conveniently in one place.
