I would agree most with DavisK4high247. Nothing beats H and coke in a needle, but I am not willing to try that too often... like once every few years maybe. Coke mixed with oc railed was a pretty excellent second which I enjoyed with my boyfriend who doesnt shoot. A lot like a speedball, but with a more mental sort of hazy edge to it, maybe not as strong in raw euphoria, but a great experience.

i'm a pussy. the only speedball i've done was adderall and alcohol. however, it worked out very well.

i got the lowered inhibitions of booze + the increased sociability of speed - the mini-bursts of anxiety speed gives me - the clumsiness of alcohol.

great party combo. give it a try.

Opana...its alright, after all it is oxymorphone but I'd take OxyContin over it any day.

Never shot coke while dopesick, but I see your point. I'm more used to shooting meth and opiates take just long enough to hit I have a couple seconds to wonder if I missed or something, then

I see what your saying and your right, generally the coke hits me a split second sooner than the dope does when I shoot a speedball (dope+coke) so I can see why you would not recommend it when dopesick, but I disagree completely. If I have both substances even if I am dopesick I always do a speedball as my first shot because the first shot is always the best rush. There may be a split second of discomfort when the coke hits before the dope but before u even have time to complain the dope hits and everything is wonderful...

When dopesick I don't ever want to do a stimulant. My anxiety increases dramatically and my muscles start to really clinch. I begin to have much worse tremors. Feel spun out.

I wouldn't say either of these speedballs that I've tried are the BEST... but I've tried:

Dilaudid and ritalin in the same syringe. that was actually quite nice. I beleive i was on valium (oral) at the time if that makes a difference... prolly not much but.. hah.

The most epic syringe I ever prepared was like a 15mg oxy, 4mg dilly, prolly .15g heroin and a 10mg ritalin. That was quite the rush. That night mixes between dilly and h, ritalin and oxy, and other combos prolyl were made but...

Once I did a shot of 12mg dilaudid while still high on over .5g meth IVd on one shot @_@. I really like doing dilaudid either while high on or coming off of meth. I feel like it may strengthen the opiate high, plus you're not doing both drugs ar once so you're high longer!
