The Avant Garde Thread v. "...the fuck?"

Oh man, I love when this thread gets bumped <3

Nurse With Wound has some really interesting stuff. I tried listening to 'A Chance Meeting' on a couple hits of acid and pussied-out after only a few minutes; Steve Stapleton has a penchant for creating really creepy, unsettling music. Definitely not a good companion for psychedelics.

I've never heard of Supersilent, but I'm gonna assume the name is meant to be ironic ;)

These guys are labelled as screamo, but I think there's much more to them than that. Enough to warrant a post in this thread, even.
If nothing else, the sound just 3 people manage to create is something in itself.
It's a bit different, and abrasive, but if you can't handle that what are you doing in here?
These are the first 2 songs off their second album, possibly my favourite album of theirs.
