Sonicwhite, nobody can tell you with accuracy how long your personal anxiety will last. This is because it is completely reltated to fully personal factors like: psychological predisposition, length of addiction, amounts consume, lifestyle choices (how much to you exercise?), diet, genes, personal relationships etc.
The relevant question is "how do I reduce my anxiety?"
I'll tell you what seems to be working for me in a similar predicament: I told you about mucuna. Now I am also taking low daily low doses of another plant called *Iboga*. I am taking less than a gram a day of un-adulterated pure root bark. Such a small amount is known as "microdosing". At much higher doses, 10, 20 grams or even more, Iboga is considered a very powerful psychedelic. But I felt at this time I couldn't take such a timeconsuming dose, so I decided to take just a little bit everyday, and it works extremely well against anxiety and restlessness
I advise you to take a mucuna pruriens bean a day (crashed to a powder, then mixed with a glass of milk)
And also less than a gram a day of Iboga root powder (you can just mix it with some cold water and slurp it down... but please, read as much as you can about "microdosing Iboga" before you start, there are lots of information in the internet.
I also take cannabis indica at night, before going to sleep, orally
