the angel and the devil

i saw it
an angel and a devil dancing
it was amazing
beautiful
frightening
it was love
the angel
with its quick movemets
its wings trying to move quicker
in hopes to leave this world behind.
so pure,
so young, so new
would this devil corrupt the angel?
or would the angel fight back
with all its might
with all its music
the devil
in its slow yet graceful movements
powerful
determined eyes
i looked upon the devil with love
its powerful roar
could shatter my bones
but instead
it shattered my defenses
and so i was left
in wonder, in awe
watching an angel and a devil
converse
dance
dream
exist.

Very well written. It appears to me that life is pretty much that; a dance between an angel and a devil. In my life however, the devils are dancing better than the angels and their leathery wings are casting out the light of the heavens from mine eyes.

I wanted to respond to this sooner, cause it def, relates to my life at the moment. I thought this was very beautifully written and touches me so deeply right now. Damn dance is not fun, cause you don't always understand it. still it is too late
