make sure to have ginger, ginger root, ginger ale, gravol ginger formula, either way you will in some cases have extreme naseau on a 2c (my exprience 2c-i.d,t2,e)

I peronsally recommend two benadryl or regular gravol as well, if you have a really weak stomach like me.

Now for the anxiety...

valerian root if you can handle the smell
benzos. - these make the come up perfect but are addictive and not easy avail.
count to 10.
everything will be alright in the end.

Then by this time it should have kicked in (sometimes 45 minutes (2c-t-2) or 3 hours on a full stomach with (2c-e)

Of course, there are copious amounts of cannabis smoked throughout this process for nausea and increasing effects (sometimes 2-3 fold for a short while)

If i've left anything out (where to go, what to do)
feel free to ad

Hello bluelight,
i'm new here but carry a lot of psychedelic drug experience with me,
especially regarding my friends the phenethylamines.

I'm hoping to find like minded people for harm reduction purposes, as a lot of the stuff we are dealing with has been untested.

Everyone has different nausea reactions from different 2C compounds. Personally I don't find the nausea too bad from 2C-I or 2C-T-7, and 2C-E does seem to be a particularly bad offender for lots of people.

Seconded on the benadryl, but be sure to take only the recommended dose as it can add a very strange character to the trip if you consume too much.

I prefer to spend the come-up in a comfortable location where I can easily change the temperature, as most 2C-come-ups for me seem to have difficulty regulating body temperature. Take a bath or shower is the BEST solution for this, as it helps carry away the cold sweats and replace it with a warm comfortableness.

thats a lot of fannying about

i usually just take the shit and enjoy it

Yeah I don't have any problems with 2C-E like other people report such as nausea. And I don't get any nasty stimulation from 2C-I either. Really just some vitamin C is all I need, but ginger is definitely good advice if you get nausea.

Nausea is sometimes a byproduct of anxiety and can see that the OP has spent quite some nervous energy toward avoiding it. The thing is, how bad can throwing up be? Accept that it is one potential side effect which you may or may not fall victim to and keep a bucket handy. The 2cs can give me a little bit of a tummy rumble, but usually not nausea. (2CB/I/E/t2 in my experience. 2ct7 is more disturbing in my GI but hasn't caused me to throw up).
I think that after a few seperate experiences, with whichever 2c you are intending, you will find that your mind will probably be to busy being entertained/amused to pay much attention to a few butterflies in your gut.
More experiences and familiarity with a material mean that the effects profile no longer has the element of surprise on you. You understand better where these effects lead to, mentally and physically.
Basically, it's usually good practice to make sensible preparations for the odd unpleasant eventuality. But don't get obsessive about it or it might become some kind of self fulfilling prophecy.
Hope you have some nice trips - Pipp

Throwing has never made me feel worse. Especially during hangover. Don't dread vomiting. Dread nausea that can't be alleviated by vomiting. 8o
