yeah you’re fine bro, like i said - you’re not going to precipitate any withdrawal. you’re good to go with a bigger dose.

buprenorphine was formulated to bind to MOR (mu-opioid receptors) very very tightly , as a partial agonist. meaning it’s sorta tricking the receptor to believe it’s fully activated. imagine a key in a lock. the key goes in and ‘opens the door’. it has a HUGE binding affinity. so when you do any opiate, each medication or substance, oxy, heroin, fentalogues, nitrazenes etc, all have a scientific binding percentage and how tight they bind to those receptors. bupe is very very high compared to all of those drugs and was formulated that way on purpose, to dispel cravings and keep the individual on the right path.


for one, like i said it has to do with bupe having a huge binding affinity. two, you’ve been on it for awhile and it’s ‘built up’ in your system a bit.

Completely out of withdrawal now.

That’s all the sub I was able to get for now too so I have about 18 hours to figure out how I’m going to stave off withdrawal until I can get more subs.

Any thoughts?

I do have a large range of drugs at my disposal including Kratom but I am scared to take Kratom if I’m honest. I have a lot of benznos , some gabapentin, morphine, shitload of codeine . Thoughts?
