You would probably be having major trouble by now but you will be okay, it is how to get off opiods all together, that is the real issue for you, but many people are on much higher( no pun intended) doses that have to worry to get down to 1mg a day, now it is great that you want these out of your life, that is called progress buddy

No matter what you’re not going to die from this …. I get it though the idea of pcw is scary but you’re doing the rite thing & like everyone’s saying here … if things do feel out of control in that regard of course go to the ER. It sounds like your anxiety is really high, honestly I would probably take the other half of that benzo if I were you … it might just help your body & mind feel a little calmer. Keep hydrated & keep checking in here … you have all of our support 💕 💜
 
They ain't no good music today. They killed the physical means of spreading music, records, tapes, Cds gone. No way to spread new music. I am so pissed, I have a decent 2022 car no cd player.
 
According to a medical journal( by the way a much higher dose, death unlikely)
1-2 hours, not to worry, this is in hard-core junkies
 
You would be sick, diarrhea and other unpleasant things, fatal, not likely at all
The opiods you used are not nearly as bad as heroin, besides that is a tiny amount
 
It happens everytime a opiod addicted person od's and is given Narcan, people don't die from Narcan, it makes them have percipitated withdrawals
