"vitamin D" is a hormone, so you'll get it, the more you expose yourself to sun,I feel that the more vitamin D that I get, the better I feel. I'm not saying overdose on it.
Difference in doses can help a lot too. It's just a very good vitamin and seems to be
uplifting enough to help stop the depression symptom. I like it. Apparently minerals
are even more important than vitamins in itself. However, the D is nice too. Strong.
I just wanted to share. Vitamin D feels real good. Or works for me.![]()
AND the more you expose yourself to COLD. (i found that one out a year ago; something about subcutaneous brown fat conversion or something. I'm gonna go look into that properly)
sunlight feels good. less exposure to blue & white light isolated will up that game too.
if you wanna knock depression out harder, make kombucha at home, sauerkraut & kimchi; and eliminate all grains/starchy processed food, and cheese. you'll see a big difference quick.
