Usually Covid-19 does not come on as fast as it did for him, even in severe cases. Doctors that have been featured on the news said this was most likely caused by having been exposed to a very large amount of the virus, and yet he managed to recover much faster than many if not most people who have the same sort of exposure to this virus. Plus, he has some significant risk factors (e.g. age, obesity, etc.). So, this probably confirms that it's true (as he says) that he's fairly healthy physically. So, if we are unlucky enough to end up with him as president for another four years, he probably won't die in office and leave us with fucking Pence for president. I think that he would be much, much worse than Trump by A LOT.

Also, I feel like the media needs to make more of a big deal about the fact that he attended a ceremony for his biggest donors when he was infected and knew it. He may not have known for sure, but he was sick and had recent contact with someone who was positive. So, he would've had a pretty damn good idea that he was infectious. And yet, he showed up at the fundraiser ceremony anyways and infected some of his biggest supporters and donors. Apparently, that's how he says thanks to his biggest supporters. It takes a pretty hardcore scumbag to do something like that, can't see how anyone would vote for this bag of shit honestly. What is there to like about this guy? I truly do not get it. Has never ceased to baffle me honestly.

Isn't this exactly what conservative types are supposed to support? Private enterprise getting to set their own rules?

Its never worrying about paying for meds cause they have an upper cost of either 40$ or 6$ depending on if you get welfare. The quantity has an upper limit too, once you reach it it either goes down from 40 to 6 if you don't get welfare, or 6 to nothing if you do.

It's being able to go to a doctor any time and pay nothing. Or get blood tests or radiology scans and pay nothing!

And the craziest part. Last I checked Australia pays significantly less per person on Healthcare than America does!

I don't wanna paint Australia as a paradise compared to America, there's a lot of things I don't like. I don't like that it's illegal to so much as have a pocket knife to defend yourself. I don't like that there's no real free speech and that you don't have an absolute right to a legal defense.

But the healthcare shit? That's awesome.

Requiring people to have a rifle license for a paintball gun. To store it in a safe and submit to random police inspections... For a paintball gun... Is idiotic.

I'll admit I'd still rather have the healthcare. Being alive and free of chronic illness is better than theoretically having to follow stupid rules if I hypothetically ever wanted to own sometime I have no intention of ever owning anyway...

But it's a matter of principle dammit, it's stupid. :( and there are so many of these stupid nanny state rules in Australia. And I may not care about owning a paintball gun, but I do care that I'm not allowed to carry pepper spray. Wtf? And I care that I've repeatedly had aussies argue that it's not idiocy to ban women from carrying pepper spray.

Forgive my ranting. I just wish it didn't feel like no country gets it right. There's always some stupid thing they fuck up. Like that you can have good health care but in exchange you gotta let rapists go free after a couple years jail.

So, I recently found this pretty well laid out list containing a pretty comprehensive and chronological overview of how Trump has done terrible things before and in office. It's a humor website, but they do occasionally do serious pieces, this being one of them. I read the whole thing and it is accurate as far as I can tell. I really think it's hard to argue that he has done a good job in the face of all the stuff he has pulled. Thoughts?

You know these aren't anabolic steroids right?

I've noticed several comments lately that have given me the impression that a lot of people don't know the difference. Or what steroids actually are.

Technically cholesterol is a steroid too.

Corticosteroids aren't gonna do the kinda thing anabolic steroids do.
 
i must say trump has pretty good physical genetics hes pretty old and even with the best medical care he seems to be doing alot better than other people who get the same sort of treatments in other countries at his age. Plus his son is crazy 6 foot 5 or something at 14 thats fucking crazy. americans should be wishing him well i guess even if they don't like him dying or been impaired is not good in this geopolitical landscape where americas enemies could kick off world war 3 at a hairs trigger if they sense america is weak.

America is weak so long as we have a narcissist in charge.

So long as the president is a man who can be easily influenced and controlled by playing in to his ego, America is at profound risk.

Don't believe me? I bring up again how fast trump changed his tune on north Korea after Jong un started sending him letters calling him things like your excellency and such.

Suddenly he's not little rocket man. He's an amazing leader. And there's been a bunch of despots who've managed to earn trumps praise.

No doubt their security agencies have briefed their executives that americas President can be easily influenced by sucking up to him and telling him how smart he is.

Considering less than 10 people outside of a clinical trial have gotten the antibody cocktail he did, I’m not sure which people you’re referring to here.
And yes, he treats himself like garbage so I think he’s lucky genetically in that regard. Not so much in other ways.
Why should anyone care how tall his son is?
 
My mate is south korean and seems to like what trump has down to quell the tensions of a second korean war he was very worried it was heading to a full out war but now it seems to be avoided for the time. Their is alot that goes on behind the scenes in dealing with north korea. Rhetoric needs to be balanced vs them if you piss them to much they might just level seoul to the ground and thats millions of peoples dead. So i feel like hes done decent in the north korean crisis and alot better than obama for that matter and seems to be the case for koreans thinking the same way. Chinese influence on north korea is holding back the talks mainly. Kim jung un is just a puppet for the Chinese at the end of the day to buffer american forces from their border. Without china i believe reunification would happen alot faster.

Somethings trump has done is okay somethings not but that means we don't just throw away his good things. I believe biden would be manipulated even more than trump with his declining mental cognitive abilities but in the end america is a system the presidents power is really overstated most decisions happen down the chain in DC who really control things. Thats the difference between democracy and diactorship. America still has many other people who sign things off the senate the house etc judges who can overrule executive orders.

donald trump is more at risk of getting controlled by the DC risk in return for concessions on his trade plans. And lets not forget the reason why he came to power was that his voter base felt forgotten in rural regions of america by obama etc. But rural and city politics will always be at odds. The Thing america needs most is centrist politics

according to the Mayo Clinic, they can cause

  • Problems with mood swings, memory and behavior and other psychological effects, such as confusion or delirium
that's what I was basing my comments on
 
Dexamethasone would suppress a fever if Trump had one, possibly cause him to feel a lot better quickly and perhaps better than his true condition without it, and possibly alter his mental state significantly. I’d guess it’s doing at least one of the above.

Yeah he lives on, or at least used to until a relatively short while ago (not sure now) fast food! MaccyD's, pizza topping (he makes a specific point about leaving the crust).

I personally, am a very strong advocate of clean, natural, unrefined healthy eating.

But some people are blessed with such a strong natural physical constitution, they seem to be far more immune to the perils of nutrient devoid, refined, artificial man made foods.
