better check your facts again

What you're posting is not overall deaths per capita it is cases per capita.

Here is my source.

Exactly the same states in exactly the same order as my source.

Read it properly.

State/TerritoryDeath Rate per 100,000
New York City*287
New Jersey185
Massachusetts149
Connecticut132
Louisiana131

Actually NYC and NJ are significantly worse.
Thanks for pointing that out. :D

Can you post the source?

Here is my source.

you said "worst hit" states, so naturally I assumed you actually meant "worst hit" .

the most accurate metric of "worst hit" would be total number of cases not total number of deaths.

Don’t misquote me, please.
Also, read the article I quoted. You can feel free to disagree with it, but I quoted it correctly. North and South Dakota lead in new cases and deaths per capita.

Oh not this shit again

Maybe you'll actually get an answer...

No I'm not letting this go I don't care how trivial or stupid it is. :P

At least we are addressing the issue instead of talking about how the coronavirus is a hoax.

Conspiracy theories have been par for course because of Trump.

The fact is the most deaths per capita are dem states. If Trump influenced the decisions of state governers and democratic states had the most deaths per million, then it follows logically that democratic governers were more influenced by Trump? Either way democrats failed to contain the virus. They either failed by listening to Trump more than republican states or they failed for some other reason. The point being: this can't be pinned on Trump. It is on all of your heads.

Would you care to answer this question or are you just going to do what w01fg4ng did to JessFR?

I'm so confused.

Me too.

Obviously I'm not going to win the popular vote with this one. But democracy in and of itself and for the sake of it isn't everything. A strong and patriotic leader and somebody who gets the job done, even if it means being anti-establishment, is far more important. And Trump comes far closer to being such leader than Biden no matter whether you like him (Trump) or his style or not. Go ask anybody living on the street in a tent or squalor, because the place they used to work for e.g. an automaker in Detroit, which used to be a city of note, has closed down, if they'd exchange their vote, or their right to do and behave as they please and when they please, for their job back. Only the left would not make that deal (that's what appears to be the case anyway otherwise we'd not be having this debate).

You dudes are going at it too fast i.e. I'm still catching up (you're already slinging it out about COVID i.e. I'm not there yet).

But just a friendly request (odd coming from me): please let's try to not get this thread closed? You all know what I mean I'm sure.
