winter is upon us in the northern hemisphere and winter means, among other things, skiing and snowboarding.
do you like to ski? snowboard? where do you live and where do you go? what do you like to do? what are your goals for this season? what kind of gear do you use?
i'm a snowboarder currently living in south lake tahoe, ca. i work at heavenly ski resort - this is my 6th season working at heavenly.
without a doubt my favourite thing to do is get off the trail on a powder day and spend my time weaving in the trees. my goal this year, as it has been for a couple of years now, is to build confidence in the park. we'll see what happens
as far as gear goes, my day-to-day all-mountain board is a nidecker platinum 158 with nidecker pro800 bindings:
i also have a rossignol jonas emery 161 with nidecker carbon 900 bindings and on the right there is my burton t6 159:
