TFMPP(pipez), 6 months ago lasting anxiety, never the same.

first time trying mdma swim came across bad pills at a rave and trusted a friend he took 2 orange saints which edata lists as TFMPP/BZP 30:1 ratio. ya, swim fucked up. it was thee worst time of swim's life. before he use to smoke weed everyday for 2 years. never done any other drugs.

13 days after the bad trip, he smoked a bowl and had a full blown panic attack and realized something was wrong.

half a month after the trip he had TERRIBLE anxiety that lasted 95% of the day 24/7, nightmares, waking up with anxiety, always feeling restless and never getting solid sleep where you dont remember your dreams. this lasted about a solid 2 1/2 months. the sleep problem lasts till this day.

its been almost 6 months. and the anxiety is not 24/7 anymore but swim's super sensitive where his anxiety is triggered easily but is easier to cope with.

swim feels like they have some a permenant anxiety disorder or problem is mentioned here alot on forums triggered by bad trips. he believes its a form of PTSD which your body doesnt forget.

the whole state of mind thing, being positive. swims been doing that. which has gotten him to where he is now but feels like, all that is doing is using his distraction and creative thinking or mind to suppress the anxiety.

swim just wants to make a full recovery, college isnt as easy as it use to be and socializing is totally out of the question.

swim's been exercising, eating well, stayed healthy, and trying to sleep, and everything.

does anyone know if a proper MDMA roll can fix the anxiety and bring his serotonin levels back to a normal state?

Have you tried any kind of therapy since your anxiety began? Even if triggered by a particular substance it is still very possible that some of your anxiety could be alleviated using a psychological approach.

Taking MDMA to deal with the anxiety would be a risky decision considering that many people find their anxiety get worse with MDMA. It's not possible for any of us to predict how you would react Some people have found benefits from MDMA use but considering that you are fragile at this point I would seek other means rather than risk further problems. And there is always the chance you will end up with more pipes which is certainly not desirable.

I wouldn't advise rolling to cure the bad after effects from another drug. There is clinical research into MDMA helping people with PTSD but that is in controlled settings. I think the chances of your situation worsening are at least equal to the chance rolling could help.

It might be a good idea to bring a doctor in on this. You could also find benefit from some sort of focused activity to raise your mental well being such as yoga, meditation, a martial art, etc.

I'm glad things have improved and I think it is reasonable to expect things will continue to get better.
