testing mda

If you use the EZ-Test Xtreme in conjunction with another reagent, such as Marquis, you can tell the difference. First use the Marquis to see if you have MDxx, then test with xtreme to see if you have the primary or secondary amine.
Assuming you have MDxx, primary amine means MDA, secondary means MDMA or MDEA.

However, this assumes that there is only one active chemical in the pill, which is an unreasonable assumption. There could be MDMA and MDA, or there could even be MDA and PMA, and the test would not be able to distinguish between the two compounds.

So really there's no sure-fire way to know, but I don't think PMA is too common.

Still, the pill could contain a bit of MDMA, and some speed, and your test would still show MDA.

Taking it to a lab is the only real way to know, home testing is just a guide.
