don't think their are purity test kits.
You'd have to do the melting point thing, its also talked about in Boogie Nights, they actually give the temps of pure coke,quality coke and poor cut coke. good luck!

No products/chemical testers like for e could test the quality of cocaine. Think about it - all it would be able to tell would be that the powder did indeed contain cocaine (which almost all coke will contain to some degree, unless you are a total dumbfuck and got ripped off). It wouldn't be able to tell what PERCENTAGE of your powder is cocaine(i.e, how good/strong your powder is).

um when i was in Amsterdam i got a basic EZ coke tester kit, which was very rough - but cood enuff to let me know i had coke.
as for this melting point thing, its meant to be that at around 190degrees pure coke will melt. cut coke, apparently, starts at 100degrees..
the higher the temperature it melts at, the better the quality - all that is said in that film Blow, i assumed it was troo. but then you cood maybe get cut that melts at a high temperature, but i think it still gives a good enuff indication.
also, some places in Amsterdam actually tested your cocaine and ecstasy and told you the contents. unfortunatly they were never open!

Coke from the street is already cut to shit, so any information an EZ test, or something like it could yield would be whether or not there is any cocaine content whatsoever.
The melting point thing does work though, but unless you have a very controlled setting to do it in, or have access to an Amsterdam smartshop, then it isn't very practical. An easy thing you could do is try dissolving a little bit in some distilled water, and whatever is dissolved is coke, since coke is water soluble. I'm not sure whether or not other cuts are, but it might give you some idea as to the purity.

there are a lot of soluble cuts out there ... just going by what dissolves won't tell you much.
