Anyone know?
I think marquis is attack of the acid at the p-methoxy group.

Hello !
i asked them that many times, but without any answer.... I understand why, but i think a simple chemist could answer.
I will ask my pharmacian how sulfuric acid change color when attacking mdma... we are very confident

I've was pretty sure it had something to do with ring fusion - otherwise colors wouldn't form. I'll start doing some real research and make it more clear and post it up here.
