There has been a lot of buzz about Test boosters as good supplements. I currently take HGH-UP and am on my second month. I have seen increases in strength and muscle production, but I also lift 6 days a week and have a high calorie intake. It seems to me that my progress has been better, but it could be a self-fulfilling prophecy, since now that it take HGH-Up I work out harder, rather than it actually doing anything. There are a lot of products out there that claim to boost testosterone and inhibit estrogen, but are neither real pro-hormones or anabolic steroids. Seeing if anyone had a reaction to these products as hype, effective, or otherwise. If you have any favorite products or supplements please comment.

My experience is limited to tribulus and i found it overrated. It supposedly increases LH production thus increasing the bodys natural test levels, but i read its better for people whos test levels are already low (I'm 21 yo so mine are naturally high so this could be the reason). I think personally most of them are just hype or the effects are so marginal for the prices you pay especially from a store (online vendor prices may make some more feasible but id rather save my money for fooood, the most anabolic natural supplement).

I've used a few in the past.

Inhibiting estrogen is not really that great a thing for increasing strength.

To be honest, test boosters, for the most part, do not raise your testosterone levels high enough to make any long-lasting, real change in strength, muscle mass or endurance.

I've noticed results from taking non-prescription DHEA (300mg/day). Can't say whether testosterone has increased but I've definitely noticed muscle and strength increases and I can tentatively say, fat loss to an extent

DHEA is actually a steroid.

From my experience and extensive research I can say without a shadow of a doubt that these Test-Boosters and HGH boosters are complete and utter fucking garbage. If they truly worked, pro bodybuilders would be using them, but they don't. They are over hyped and over priced garbage like a majority of supplements on the market that prey on peoples preconceived notion that AAS are bad and they should take this supplement because it's all natural and some fucking photoshoped Bradd-Pitt-Fight-Clubtwink is endorsing it and says you can look just like him.

There's research that some supplements can increase testosterone levels by a certain amount.
For example:

Tongkat Ali
D-aspartic acid
Zinc

They may boost your libido a bit, but in the thing about our hormones is that your testosterone needs to be elevated not only by A LOT, but for a long time in order for you to really experience a difference in muscle mass. These may cause a rise and fall action of 180% normal and that is not enough.

OTC "test boosters" are basically a myth.
Tribulus isn't weak; it's 100% ineffective.

If there's any chance you're not getting enough zinc, grab a cheap zinc or zinc magnesium supplement (i get mine for like $3 at w.mart). Take it right before bedtime to ensure your body can make the test it wants to / should be making while you sleep.

This.

The best prescription test boosters are SERMs. That's why we use them for PCT. But even SERMs are too weak to really make a difference in bodybuilding.
