Heroin terrible headaches caused by cut

Major shot in the dark here considering it coulda been cut with anything from floor sweepings to salt n vinegar chip dust

but yeah, many hours ago i snorted a couple points of this gnarly skag, light gray in colour chunky and rock hard in consistency reeked of vinegar
i dont get massive headaches from down or any opiate/opioid ive tried so i know it's not that, and this was fucking dirty H so its definitely either the cut thats doing this or the amount of acetic anhydride i undoubtedly sniffed

so does anyone know what i can do? all i know is light is painful and when i stand up the front of my head swells with pain, four advils havent helped, a shot of vodka took the edge off for about twenty minutes and weed does nothing

in all fairness i did give a nice big fuck you to the drug gods and relapse so i do deserve this but hell i got things to do today

I've had this problem a lot, too, and it's an awful one. Drinking a lot of water helps somewhat. Sometimes I've gotten very dehydrated after I do a shot, and that's triggered a migraine. I've found, however, that the only thing that really seems to help is to take a nap for 20-30 minutes. Try that.. you'll wake up feeling fresh, high, and hopefully pain-free.
