I do hold a lot of the scorpio traits too. I keep calm as well but its from being jaded and through so much.
I've lived in the hood in so many cities lol nothing surprises me that much anymore.

Spork I may not have the best handwriting but my English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are pretty good I guess I'm proud of that.

I love my intelligence. I wish I had more common sense when it comes to my own shortcomings though.

Well you made me feel better about myself... Empathy and the willigness and ability to help other people are some of the most precious qualities of anyone who walks this earth. Seriously, no bullshit.
 
Hm. I wasn't looking for a reason. Just talking to myself kinda. I do that on here. kinda.
I am happy that I helped you. I wasn't sure... well, I'm never sure if my posts mean to anyone what some special posts mean to me.

So sometimes I'm not just talking to myself. Even though I always am. Occasionally I'm talking to an individual. I don't love that about myself but I definitely love the connection we made.

I do love this one thing about myself.

I love my tattoos and piercings, my ability to get bored and learn something new, just for the fun of it, my ever changing eye colour, my cooking abilities and my aggressive grasp on what's left of the English written language and grammar.

I guess I really like my eyes and hair. And boobs.
And I love that I'm able to touch people with my writing and am on my way to having a finished novel; also I love that I love Led Zep.

You've never just sat some where and checked out all the people around you, it could be anywhere a busy street corner, concert, restaurant etc...

Idk maybe it sounds dumb but I love scanning my vision around a busy place checking out each person as they go by or whatever, maybe some times I admire people's unique style or think about what kind of life someone else has.

It could be anything like that, Idk why I do it but I enjoy it
 
^That's not dumb at all. I can sit on a bench on a busy corner and just watch people for hours. It's one of my all time favorite past times. Bonus:It's free! :D

I never thought about it before, but the term does sound a bit stalkerish. I don't peep in people's windows though!

I wasn't referring to the act in itself, I'd never judge or anything, I was just commenting on the wording cuz it sounded funny. Sorry.
 
This came up often in my inpatient treatment. Peoples' inability to express things they enjoy about themselves, as well as the awkward reaction to compliments seems to be endemic. I dunno why. All I know is I had some trouble w/ it myself for a while. Therefor, this is a great thread idea.

My taste in music, books, films, clothes and people.
My intellect.
My determination.
My work ethic.
My humor.
My ability to grow from adversity.
My education.
My appearance.
My leadership qualities.
My warmth.

Shit. I like a lot about myself. It almost sounds like I'm applying for a job or something 8(

hey dad! lol nov 4, the big 1-7 ...im an old man haha.
And exactly, i used to be hotheaded and had a bad temper, i also moved quite a bit, and lived in some less than decent places. Not much can set you off after going through the shit. And happy early birthday dude! =D

I love that im intelligent. (Even hot older women that could be cougars, say im a open-minded intelligent young man lol) i have a story about one time at work and an older women maybe ill post it later

I love that im handsome lol I reinforce the truth in the mirror once a day tho, so maybe i only think it lol

I love that i have enough willpower to try being clean again.
 
^ I do that in the mirror multiple times a day. its just because we're so damn sexy we gotta see ourselves to confirm we are gods amongst normal people.

I love being sexy, confident, my full frame, my recovery, and my mannerisms. the guys call me Charlie sheen and the girls call me Casanova. :D
 
I love my resilience. Although a lot, if not all, the problems I've been through have been because of my own doing, I am still finding out that I have a lot of heart and am able to bounce back from being in a bad place. I'll hopefully soon be calling this recovery.
