I don't think i saw it mentioned in this thread but you should also try and poop before plugging as the poop can absorb your solution rather than your body membrane.

i've read this in other "plugging" threads, and it seems to make sense.

Bumping this bc I don't wanna start a whole new thread lol, could someone plug 7oh or mgm? It's not very water soluble so I'd assume no right? What if you did water and a couple drops of lemon juice to help the 7oh dissolve??
