Hi,

I have a question to the community. What kind of cycle does exist for re-enforce body for endurance (longitivtiy) for a man 42 years old aged who smoke 19 cigs per day since he's 15. Restarted to using drugs 6 years ago after an anti-psychotic therapy due by too much working days and confusions - Resolved.


Mainly I use 1,5 g amph and 2 hash&weed joints per day, 3x benzo type Valium 10 dose ( far different seresta 50 mg is my sleeping trigger + 5x5 mg Alimemazine ) .

I loss weight, muscles density with metb I used. I'm talking to you because you could have the solution... Mainly I take pasta as food (once per day) and I spend huge time behind screen.

I'm looking for a healthy solution not for a trip-trap flush.

All answers are welcome, good ideas too.

Lmao, you're looking to see if steroids will undo the damage from smoking a pack per day for decades?

AAS will only compound the damage already done through smoking.... If you are genuinely concerned for your long term health, giving up smoking should be a priority, as well as regular exercise and a healthy diet...

All AAS will do is enhance your current routine (diet, lifting, cardio). If you no base to work with, it will do absolutely nothing. Only benefit you will receive from going on a cycle is perhaps enhanced libido.
